Use FTP Manager to upload and manage your files on your own FTP server. It's similar to using Windows Explorer to manage files on your PC, except that the files are stored remotely on your FTP server.
To open FTP Manager, from the Template Browser landing
page, click ReadyShare/FTP Manager
► FTP.

FTP Manager
Use the left-hand tree view to browse folders. Click on an individual folder to see the files contained within, or perform additional management functions. Use the File Type list to narrow the selection of viewed files, and the View list to toggle between thumbnail previews and detailed file information. An indicator in the bottom-left of the screen shows how much file space has been used and how much remains.
Folder operations
To create a folder, click Create Folder, enter the folder name, and click OK. The tree view is updated to reflect the new folder.
To delete a folder, click Delete Folder. From the confirmation box, click Yes to delete the folder, or No to cancel.
To rename a folder, click Rename Folder. Enter the new name, and click OK. The tree view is updated to reflect the new folder name.
Renaming a folder will make all earlier URL references to that folder
(if any) stop working. For example, if you have some Stationery that includes
an image from a particular folder, renaming that folder will cause the
image to stop working until the Stationery is also updated accordingly.
File Operations
To delete a file, right-click on the file and select Delete. From the confirmation box, click Yes to delete the folder, or No to cancel.
To rename a file, right-click on the file and select Rename. Enter the new name, and click OK. The tree view is updated to reflect the new folder name.
To move a file, right-click on the file and select Move. Use the tree view to select the folder to which you would like to move the file.
To save a copy of the file, right-click on the file and select Save As. Browse to the location where you would like to save the file, enter the file name, and click Save.
To get the URL of a file, right-click on the file, and select Get URL. The URL is copied to the clipboard. This feature is useful if you want to link to a specific file from a web page or blog, for example.
Renaming, deleting or moving a file will make all earlier URL references
to that file (if any) stop working. For example, if you have some Stationery
that includes an image, renaming that image will cause the image to stop
working until the Stationery is also updated accordingly.
