These settings apply to the message placed at the top of an HTML email when the Insert a link to view your eMail in a web browser option is selected in the Template Editor.

When this option is selected, recipients can click on a link to view the email directly as an HTML page in their browser. This is useful if they have images turned off in their email client.
Three options are provided as standard:
"If you are having trouble viewing this email with images, <<click here>>. <br>Please add <<EMAIL>> to your address book to ensure our emails reach your inbox."
"If you cannot see the links or images in this email, <<click here>> or copy and paste this URL into your browser's address field: <URL>"
"This email was sent to you by <<COMPANYNAME>>. To ensure delivery to your inbox (not bulk or junk folders), please add <<EMAIL>> to your address book. <br>Having trouble viewing the email below? <<Click here!>>"
To adjust the font size used in email links, select a value from the Font Size list. The default is 8pt.
To adjust the alignment of email links, select from the Alignment options: Left, Centre, or Right.
You can also add up to two custom messages of your own. Select one of the Custom messages from the list, enter the updated message in the text field, then click Save.
The following placeholder codes can be used in your message:
