All layers (images, text, shapes, embellishments, SmartElements, etc.) can be moved and resized.
Note: A layer can only be moved and/or resized if it is unlocked. For information on locking/unlocking a layer, see "Working with Layers".
Moving a Layer
To move a layer, select the layer you want to move, and drag it to the new location.
Resizing a Layer
To resize a layer, select the layer you want to resize, and drag one of the handles at the edge or corner of the layer.
