Skewing is the act of making a rectangular image slanted such that it fits into a parallelogram instead of a rectangle.
To skew an image click on the click on the image (or image element) that you want to skew.
From the Edit menu select Skew

To change the angle of the image adjust the Vertical and Horizontal values and click Apply
