The Edit menu assists you in finding specific text, as well as pasting text in from outside sources. Click on the Edit button to expand the Edit menu.
Find
To find a specific word or phrase in your template, click Find/Replace.
Enter the word or phrase you want to find, and click Find Next to find the next instance of the word or phrase.
Replace
To replace a word or phrase with a new word/phrase, click Find/Replace.
Enter the word/phrase to be replaced in the Find field, and enter the word/phrase that will replace the text that is found in the Replace field. Click Replace to replace the next instance that is found, or click Replace All to replace all found instances.
Show / Hide Grid Lines
Click Show / Hide Grid Lines to toggle Grid Lines on and off. Grid Lines show you the different sections of your design. They will not be shown in the final published design.
Paste Plain Text
Place your cursor at the location where your want your text to be inserted, and click Paste Plain Text. The text is pasted from your clipboard to the cursor's location as plain text.
Paste from Word
Place your cursor at the location where your want your text to be inserted, and click Paste from Word. Use this to transfer text from Microsoft Word to your design.
Select All / Deselect
Click Select All to select all text in the design. Click Deselect to deselect any selected text.
