The Flip/Rotate menu allows you to flip images horizontally and/or vertically, as well as rotate images in either direction. Click the Flip/Rotate button to expand the menu.
Rotate Clockwise
Rotate the selected image layer 90 degrees in the clockwise direction. Select the image to be rotated, and click Rotate Clockwise.
Rotate Counter
Rotate the selected image layer 90 degrees in the counter-clockwise direction. Select the image to be rotated, and click Rotate Counter.
Flip Vertical
Flip the selected image layer vertically (upside-down). Select the image to be flipped, and click Flip Vertical.
Flip Horizontal
Flip the selected image layer horizontally (backwards). Select the image to be flipped, and click Flip Horizontal.
