To uninstall HIE 5, first ensure that your email client (e.g. Outlook, Windows Live, ACT!) is closed. Then:
Click Start ► Programs ► High Impact Email 5 ► Uninstall High Impact Email 5.
OR
Click Start ► Settings ► Control Panel.
Double-click Add or Remove Programs.
Select High Impact eMail 5, and click Remove.
The InstallShield Wizard is launched. Make a note of your registration settings (Unlock Code and Email ID). You are then given the option to keep your settings. This is particularly useful if you plan to reinstall HIE 5 later on the same computer.

Select or clear the options as required and click OK to proceed. The InstallShield Wizard then removes HIE 5 from your system. A confirmation message is displayed.
